I just arrived this evening and am very tired but had to write a quick post. I heard from Andrea today that she went home from the hospital! YEA!! Baby Damien seems to be getting better each day. Let's pray they continue.

My dear friend Andrea had her baby today. Something went horribly wrong. He was quickly flown from North Memorial to Childrens hospital in Minneapolis. I will not go into details but I hope anyone who see's this will pray for her baby boy, Damien. For his survival and in addition to his survival, that he will be healthy.
A dear and precious friend is having a baby. Today I think, and hope. She was due last Tuesday and is now being induced (or was a short time ago). This is it!! Baby should be coming today. I can't WAIT!! My first baby!! Well, not MINE but the first person I've been close to who has had a baby.
It is my firm belief that if the terriorists had been over here and carried out their plans, they would in all likelihood have suceeded. Why? Because in the U.S. "profiling" just cannot be done, GOD FORBID! The U.S. doesn't want to INFRINGE ON SOMEONE'S RIGHTS, BELIEFS AND FEELINGS!!! But in England, profiling IS done and the people who were planning this thing had been watched for months, or so I've read to this point. England thwarted this round. THANK YOU GREAT BRITON!! Can you imagine President DUBYA "PROFILING"?? Hell, he probably doesn't even know what the word means! And all the idiots in our Country that feel profiling is horrible. Get THESE people on the planes, ok? I don't mind if I'm profiled. Why should I? There is an old saying about how you only mind if you have something to hide. I have nothing to hide, except my dislike of Dubya and his flunkies.

I'm flying to Utah in less than three weeks!! For those who know me, I am the type of person who packs for a three month vacation when in actuality I am gone no longer than a week, normally. But for the VERY FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I did a "trial" packing a couple of weeks ago and found, much to my amazement and thrill, that between my carry on luggage and carry on backpack, I could fit EVERYTHING into the plane with me and thus, I would not have to wait with the hoards of people, for my luggage to pop out the chute! OH! And I even went and bought me a portable DVD player last Sunday to keep my mind occupied on the plane!! THEN YESTERDAY CAME! And I can't carry on a DAMN, FREAKING THING!! I was and am LIVID!! The president of the company I work at happened by and said "hi". I began my rage, again, (as I was to anyone who would listen) about this whole thing. And I can't bring my CONTACT LEN'S SOLUTION? You better damm well believe I'm going to TRY!! And my water bottle, which I just HAVE to have.... I'm OUTRAGED!!! Oh yes, I know it is for security. Never minded the security measures before as I've been able to bring things onboard and also I've always checked my luggage. But THIS. This is SOOO ridiculous. What I would like to hear happen is that the most strict rules are for international flights, not domestic flights. COME ON PEOPLE. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! I AM NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING BUT NEED MY CONTACT SOLUTION AND MY WATER. Can I get a Dr slip for this?? I'M FUCKING PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's Kayser's 26th birthday today! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Kayser!! Tonight on Big Brother, it is eviction night and guess who will probably be evicted? Yup! Kayser. Hey Kayser. You know I want you in the house, but I have to tell you I am VERY disappointed in you this year. I thought you would have learned how to "play the game" from last season, but instead you seemed WORSE this season, from the very beginning I might add. You began the "let's get rid of the floaters" thing, TOTALLY ignoring the strong CT alliance AND Danielle!! Nor would you listen to YOUR alliance. While I will be hoping against hope that you will not be evicted, I cannot say I'll be surprised. But I DO hope you have a great birthday!! :)
I learned this the hard way. I began blogging and thought, hmmm, pretty cool. I can write about whatever I choose, no matter what form said thoughts took.
I could slam anyone and everyone. I could describe in the utmost detail my inner most secrets, thoughts, desires, wishes, dreams, failures, affairs.....you get the picture.
It wasn't until I had proudly given my blogsite url to some friends and family that I learned a VALUABLE lesson. One I cannot correct!
DON'T SHARE YOUR BLOGSITE WITH THOSE YOU KNOW!!
I'm not saying someone you know may not come across it. No! What I learned is that once you have given said blogsite out, whenever a blog is written, I am aware that relatives and friends may choose this time to say, "hmmmm, I wonder what 'Lady Of The Lake' is writing about"?
And you KNOW that this will be the time you are writing negative things about your family. Or you may write about the man you are having an affair with and HIS friends will tell HIM about this and all hell will break loose.
Oh yes! A lesson, once again, learned the hard way. Why can't people learn lessons the EASY WAY???
