More phone messages. How EVER does hearing a message make one so giddy?

What? You want to hang out again? SURE! What day, says she. Should we plan it now?

We don't have to, says he. "I know we'll be talking before then".

Talking before then. The smile cannot be wiped off the face.

Another World

The first meeting takes place. "Where do you want to go"? "I don't care, you choose".

He does. His usual "haunts". The surroundings and external "chatter" of world noise about one almosts causes a mind meltdown.

Conversation is good, considering the noise and needing to yell to be heard.

Did it go well? Appears so. Meeting again? Sounds like it.

Same surroundings? Hope not. But will they be? Probably.

Based on "next time" will be the time for one to step forward and say, "ok, now here's where *I* want to go"!

I've probably used this quote before in my blog but it is worth repeating. This quote is sad in some ways, at least for me. Time is ticking, age is advancing. It is sad to me in that one can review one's life and realize how fast it has gone by. You then think "what HAVE I done with my ONE wild and precious life"? (At least in this incarnation).

Right now I'm having a "wild" adventure. But then, in my opinion, all 'affairs' are such. Exhilarating, ego boosting, surreal, you name it. All I know is suddenly you forget about the aching bones, your age, the sudoko puzzle, tv show, etc., when you are in the throws of something new and exciting as I think affairs are.

Life's "wild" and I have always enjoyed a "wild" ride.

It's moi's birthday. Yup, April 4th. AND...............best of all............. I'm whatever age I want to be!! :^) :^) :^) :^)

And on my birthday, I'm going out with friends and planning on having a SUPER evening.

Even if I DO have to work the next day!
