Will & Grace.... I already miss you

Will & Grace ended their eight year run on tv last night. Always a must see for me (and must have DVD's), I didn't expect to be crying. It happened when Karen began to sing 'Unforgettable". I was not expecting this in the least. The tears came and didn't stop until the show was over, and then only because I knew I had to "get on".

I thought the way Karen and Jack ended up was PERFECT! Again, I had no idea how they were going to live their lives in the "future". I was so focused on how Will & Grace would end up that I didn't think how the writers would show Karen and Jack.

As for Will & Grace. It came full circle, don't you think? Ending as it began eight years ago.

Of course I would have written the story differently, if only to have them not have been angry with one another for a couple of years. If only that while they may have found "mates", as I call them, that they still somehow were totally wrapped up with one another.

But having their children marry. That was perfect. Then we know Will & Grace will always be connected.

Thank you Eric McCormick, Debra Messing, Sean Hayes and Megan Mullally for eight incredible years.

KAYSAR ON BIG BROTHER 7???

Be still my heart! I just read that this summers Big Brother tv reality show will be an "All Stars" and that, in a 'twist', the public will vote which 20 people from the previous seasons will be on this show.

Now how can Kaysar NOT be on this show? I just KNOW he'll be a shoo in. I think Janie (Janelle) should be also.

If Kaysar is on, once again, I'll be suffering early morning raisings to watch the live feed, and my blog site will be full of Kaysar.

Man, that smile of his makes one weak in the knees.

Friends

Yesterday I stopped on my way home from work to see a lovely and dear man, a person I feel honored and blessed to call a friend. It has been months, indeed, I would say between six to seven months, since I have seen him.

This person is a very rare breed of friend. The kind who makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. The kind of person that makes you feel like you are walking on clouds.

He is that unique type of friend where hugs are ok, where almost anything goes. Though I interrupted his work, he still made the time to see me. So special he is, so blessed I am to know him.

You made my day, sir. I realized how much I've missed seeing you and our chats. I am remiss in letting so much time go by. I will rectify that, and I hope you won't mind.

My day was filled with joy by your smile and all I can say is a sincere, heartfelt, thank you.

So I'm lifting my coffee cup and saying, "Thank you Stephen". You ARE one in a million.
